Kyle sold out The Landing in impressive fashion despite the fact that the homes were built in the middle of the largest real estate downturn in 80 years. Kyle is also the Director of Sales for Rudnick Estates, which is one of Marin County’s largest current neighborhood developments (24 homes). In this capacity, Kyle has provided all marketing, sales, and negotiations. This development is currently underway with one cul-de-sac completed and sold out. Kyle is married and spends most of his time outside of work with his wife Joanna and daughters, Scarlett and Sienna. They like to golf, play tennis, tend their garden, and enjoy nature in their kayaks and on their paddleboards. The Fraziers are active members at Marin Country Club.
